With our REO Tracker services, we will provide you with monthly status reports and photos of your inventory homes to answer those questions.

How do we do it?

You will receive monthly emails with a report highlighting any potential issues and links to review recent photos of your properties.


Levels of Service:

All service levels come with the ability to login anytime to see the most recent reports on your properties.
  • Basic:
    • Once a month photos of the front and rear of your properties.
    • Verify signage and marketing materials are available
    • Verify there are no noticable hazards or vandalism
    • A copy of the current marketing materials
  • Standard (Same as the Basic plan plus the following):
    • Interior photos of each room
  • Premium (Same as the Standard plus the following):
    • Twice a month photos
  • Additional Services
    • Online research of your properties to insure your properties are being marketed on the web
Monthly Rates:
Basic - $45 per house
Standard - $55 per house
Premium - $80 per house

*There is a one time setup fee of $250
